Hi, parents of high schoolers!
I know a little something about you.
Let’s see if I’m right:
-
You want your child to get into a top college (maybe even an Ivy-league school)
-
You’re half-convinced your child's GPA, test scores, or activities aren’t “enough”
-
You’re confused by the entire admissions process
-
You worry you’ll miss important steps or deadlines
-
You’re afraid it’s already too late for some parts
-
You don’t want to look foolish or uninformed when talking to other parents
-
And most of all…the LAST thing you want is to hurt your child's admissions chances
On target? I thought so.
After all, I’ve been working with parents for nearly 20 years and I’ve picked up a few things.
You’re not imagining the stress around the college admissions process.
And you’re not wrong to have concerns.
They say “knowledge is power,” right?
Let me drop a little knowledge on you about high school students and college admissions.
Almost Every Top College's Acceptance Rate is in the Single Digits
That means there's a half a million dreams…but only about 34,000 of which will come true.
According to data from Niche.com, of the eight Ivy League schools, only Cornell University has an admission rate higher than 10%. And that drops as low as 4% for Harvard and Stanford.
Not aiming for an Ivy but still looking at a top-tier school? You’ll be lucky to find one with an admission rate higher than 15%.
Why?
The College Search Starts Earlier and is More Complex than Ever
-
Students are applying to more schools
-
59% of prospective college students applied to five or more institutions
-
26% applied to 10 or more
-
They’re starting their search earlier
-
In the 2022 study, 17% reported starting their search before their junior year
-
And, the vast majority—81%—ruled out colleges they were interested in because of costs…never even applying to see how much financial aid they could get

Confused? Disheartened? Panicked?
-
Even if you went to college yourself, that was likely 20+ years ago.
-
The admissions process has changed.
-
What (and who) schools are looking for has changed.
-
What you know—or think you know—is probably wrong now…which could hurt your kid’s chances.
But…
-
If you think, “My kid’s only a freshman;
we don’t have to worry about this now,”
...THINK AGAIN.
-
If you think, “My kid doesn’t have a high GPA,
great test scores, or tons of activities, so he’s not
‘good enough’ to get into a top school,”
...THINK AGAIN.
-
If you think, “My kid’s a senior;
it’s already too late,”
...THINK AGAIN.
I'm Danny Ruderman
And I’m honored to be nationally recognized as one of America’s premier college admissions counselors. Over the past 18 years, I have helped literally thousands of good students get into great schools.
This means all of the Ivy League schools, sure…but also dozens of top-tier schools that my students initially thought were beyond their reach. (This includes Evan Spiegel, founder of Snapchat and world’s youngest billionaire…who was far from being his high school’s best student.)

Just a Few of the Colleges Attended by My Students:

JOIN ME LIVE ONLINE on December 3, 2022 at 10am PST
and I’ll show you and your child EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Why I Created the Acceptance Masterclass
-
I wanted to cut through all the misperceptions about college admissions.
-
I was determined to level the playing field for all families.
-
I wanted to answer everyone's questions.
-
I knew parents & students needed a roadmap for success.
What is the
Acceptance Masterclass?
It's a LIVE immersive online workshop where I will cover everything your family needs to know to succeed in and out of high school and in your college admissions quest.
Over the 90 minutes, I'll:
-
Reveal the 5 biggest mistakes parents make
-
Share the single most powerful secret to getting into your choice college
-
Detail exactly what high school students should be doing in each grade (and it’s not what you think!)
-
Show real-world examples of essays that got students into schools they hardly dared dream of
-
Lay out a guaranteed 3-step system for taking the worry, stress, panic, and uncertainty out of the college application process for both students and parents
I cover more in 90 minutes about getting into college than most families learn in four years!

You see, most students have no idea of what they are interested in or believe they need to do more and more AND MORE to get accepted.
Instead, when students focus on becoming the best versions of themselves, college acceptances come automatically.
Some Nice Words...

"Danny's advice to pursue a genuine interest rather than cramming in random activities helped set me on the path to going to Penn."
- Colin Browne, Student at the University of Pennsylvania
"Danny made this whole process so much less stressful. I was applying to a very specific program at NYU, and he had a real understanding of what I would need to accomplish."
- Willa Polstein, Student at NYU's Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music
"Danny is amazing. I can't believe I got so much done, especially because I was struggling to write a story about my brother, which really turned out well thanks to Danny."
- Nicholas Hutchison, Student at Harvard University
"Danny is a badass—I can't thank him enough for helping me get into my top choice of colleges!"
- Ryan Kenneally, Student at Emory University
"I honestly had no idea how to start, and Danny really helped me come up with ideas and refine my writing. I also got so much done and all before I went back to school."
- Jackson Shire, Student at Dartmouth University
"Without Danny I wouldn’t have gotten into my dream school. He was incredibly helpful not only for my essays but also my mental health and stress throughout the process."
- Anna Sophia Lotman, Student at the University of Pennsylvania

Who is the Acceptance Masterclass for?
Any 9th-12th grade family who:
-
Is thinking about applying to any of the top 20 most selective colleges (the Ivies, Stanford, UCLA, Michigan, Georgetown, etc.)
-
Wants all their questions answered about extracurriculars, SATs, class choice, summers, and just about everything else.
-
Hears all the mania about admissions and wants the real story about how it all works without the anxiety.

Why Should I Spend 90 Minutes to Attend the Acceptance Boot Camp?
I know you've all been on waaaay too many boring Zoom calls.
This isn't that.
I set things up in a way that feels like you're in a private 1-on-1 session with me.
And you should bring (drag) your teenager to the event. I guarantee they will stick around after the first 5 minutes.
If I do my job right (and if you love sarcasm), by the end of the 90 minutes] you and your child will:
-
Laugh
-
Get excited about just how crazy awesome college is
-
Feel much better about the chances of getting in
In other words, it’s not just about the admissions process.
It's about helping your child decrease their stress
and increase their confidence in their abilities and opportunities.
A Bit More About Me
I feel fortunate to be nationally recognized as one of America’s premier college counselors. After being the first from my family to attend college and only the 3rd student to be accepted into Stanford University from my public high school, my mission is to help as many families as possible navigate the admission process. I am the author of The Ultimate College Acceptance System (St. Martin’s Press) and Top 100 Answers to Your College Admission Questions. I have also created college counseling programs used by nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies,

So, Are You In?
My promise is simple. At the end of 90 minutes,
-
You and your child will know infinitely more about the college application process than you do now.
-
You’ll understand what and who colleges are looking for.
-
You’ll be able to separate the myths from reality about how your child can best showcase themselves and stand out.
-
You’ll let go of those vague but persistent college admissions worries…because you’ll have the power that comes with knowledge.

Grab Your Ticket for This One-Time-Only No-Replays Event
Miss it, and you'll have to wait until 2023.
I could do something cheesy and sales-y here and ask, “What would you give for the peace of mind that comes from knowing your child has a full plan for high school and the admissions process?”
Or I could go all high-pressure and ask, “Are you really willing to risk having your failure to take action now be the thing that keeps your child from achieving their dream?”
Neither of those are my style.
So instead of asking you something, I’m going to tell you something…
Families typically pay from $5,000-$20,000 to work with me. I don’t say that to brag. I say it to give context.
When I was in high school, there’s NO WAY my family could have afforded a tutor for me, let alone a college counselor.
I’m offering the Acceptance Masterclass because I want to do something really special. I want to help as many families as possible realize the incredible opportunities for college.
That’s why I’m letting you attend for free. Well, kinda..
The event costs $49 to attend.
But I want to make sure you love it BEFORE you pay.
So…when you click the button to register, you’ll enter your credit card information and I’LL DO NOTHING WITH IT.
Then, after you attend the Acceptance Masterclass, you’ll do one of two things:
-
If you loved it…do NOTHING. I’ll bill your card for the $49 after the Masterclass session is over.
-
If it wasn’t your jam…contact me at the special email address that I mention at the end of the session, and I’ll cancel the order and you won’t be billed for anything.
Oh…one last thing. This is the last time I will offer this session in 2022. So if you miss it, you’ll have to wait for 2023. There will be no replays, so be sure to lock this in your calendar once you register.
Yes! I'm Ready to Create a Plan That
Helps My Child Stand Out and Keeps Everyone Sane!
Remember—you'll only be charged AFTER the event to make sure you loved it
